Samsonite had a CRM database of customers but had not sent an email in over 6 months. They were looking for a fresh approach for its email marketing program to re-engage and nurture current and new customers. 4artworks, a home decor brand, was looking to sell to consumers directly through their E-commerce store. They had some sales coming in every month, but nothing significant seemed to be happening with their existing efforts at the time.
