We have never had to do any kind of paid advertising, everything has been organic.

The Challenge

I started this account from day 1 before the restaurant opened it's doors in 2016. We built up momentum and were maxed out of tables from day 1. It's been a wild ride with expanding into a new space, adding in a pizza oven for authentic Napolateon pizza, adding in catering options, and now onto opening second location just for private events and catering!

The Process

Starting the accounts from scratch, learning what our audience wanted to see, changing things along the way. I've used my skills within Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing to grow a loyal, beautiful brand.

ROAS

PetO Pet Supplies

PetO were a traditional retail brand, the third largest chain of pet supplies in Australia. They decided to launch their eCommerce store in 2019, but did not see it as a key pillar of their brand until the pandemic, which customers online, as they were unable to visit the brick-and-mortar stores.


The ROAS was great at that time, during the lockdowns, however as customers returned to stores the ROAS began to quickly decline and the customer was concerned about the profitability of the site and their marketing activity. The ROAS had dropped a peak of~800% during lockdown to only ~250% a few months later.


I joined the account to drive the account strategy and lift campaign performance.

Octopai is an online platform for data mapping and discovery. Our main source of lead generation came from live events and when corona hit we needed to act fast to to continue to bring in the same amount of leads.
