Chasing paper was having a hard time understanding their customer acquisition funnel and scaling on Paid Social. They had a lot of sample swatch sales happening throughout their acquisition funnel and couldn't understand the true value of these customers.
We built more robust tracking, and custom conversion events through the Facebook ads UI. We then separated the campaigns out by swatch event conversions, and from there we examined the actual conversion funnel for customers coming in off of a sample swatch.

Due to these issues, the company was experiencing a downturn in online revenue, an increase in wasted ad spend, and a decline in ROAS across all online advertising channels.
