The Challenge

Chasing paper was having a hard time understanding their customer acquisition funnel and scaling on Paid Social. They had a lot of sample swatch sales happening throughout their acquisition funnel and couldn't understand the true value of these customers.

The Process

We built more robust tracking, and custom conversion events through the Facebook ads UI. We then separated the campaigns out by swatch event conversions, and from there we examined the actual conversion funnel for customers coming in off of a sample swatch.

The Solution

We were able to prove a more efficient funnel bringing customers in through the sample conversion funnel and then cross selling full wallpaper purchases. We continued to drive this funnel for the brand as they grew.
