The Challenge

Client lost rankings to WebMD and other competitor pest control companies. Much of this was due to the website being slow, content which is not updated, and other issues.

The Process

My Role: I was the SEO lead for this account.


What I did:

  1. Audited the website.
  2. Ran a full Screaming frog scan
  3. Conducted competitive comparison
  4. Create action list of what needs to be fixed
  5. Created a guide on how to win at SEO and trained the internal staff on content creation
