The Challenge

Walt Life is a fan-created Disney subscription box featuring officially licensed merchandise and items only found at the parks.

Challenges:

  • Current creative wasn’t scaling efficiently
  • Low engagement on ads
  • Remarketing was not converting even with discounts

Strategy:

  • I pitched the client on influencer whitelisted ads, which were an immediate success for us from both an engagement and conversion rate perspective.
  • Used our amazing influencer content to create high converting mash-up ads that created an emotional connection to the product

The Process

- Was responsible for all aspects related to strategizing, implementing, and optimizing the delivery of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tapjoy

- Worked closely with the creative team to produce and create full-funnel, data-driven iterations of ads that would scale

- Outlined out-of-channel opportunities to support advertising efforts including conversion rate optimization recommendations and social media best practices

- Consistently communicated weekly/monthly/quarterly results, post promotion analysis, and sales trends

The Solution

Scales the account over 32% from Q4 2019 to Q1 2020 with a 12% drop in CPA, without paying an influencer a single dollar (aside from free product).

The average CPA while I managed the account was 38% better than what it was previously.
