Lilyana Naturals is a massive brand on Amazon.


After being acquired by an investment firm, they needed to bring on talented paid media freelancers to maximize revenue for their new DTC Website.


I was brought on to increase the proportion of revenue to the overall business coming from their Shopify store, instead of Amazon.

The Process

We ran multiple creative strategy sessions, worked with a professional copywriter to nail down the brand voice, and built out custom reporting dashboards to monitor our scaling efforts.


From there, we focused on three major ad platforms to grow the brand: Facebook, Google, & Bing.

Take over digital marketing efforts, mainly Google CPC and social ads, and get account performance back to historic levels. CBD had experienced serious revenue issues after launching a new website. Total sales through digital were down 40% YoY, mainly stemming from digital channels and SEO.

  • Defining the global media strategy and playbook based on business goals for Existing and New customers through direct and indirect channels using ATL-BTL media. Supervising the execution of media campaigns to drive growth for the business through media, launching new products and services across 16 different markets integrated with CRM and Sales. 
  • Defining customer segmentation and audience-data strategy; identifying personas, and segments, user journey and selection of media-data-channels to target.
