The Challenge

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 290 airlines or 83% of total air traffic. Support many areas of aviation activity and help formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues.​


IATA was looking for support in there foreign affairs department, looking to support the VP head of Europa ( iata's largest region) directly through the creation of a PR & Marketing campaign to build cohesion between governments and aviation industry stakeholders.

PetO Pet Supplies

PetO were a traditional retail brand, the third largest chain of pet supplies in Australia. They decided to launch their eCommerce store in 2019, but did not see it as a key pillar of their brand until the pandemic, which customers online, as they were unable to visit the brick-and-mortar stores.


The ROAS was great at that time, during the lockdowns, however as customers returned to stores the ROAS began to quickly decline and the customer was concerned about the profitability of the site and their marketing activity.
