This brand used CM commerce for their email communications. I reviewed their existing flows in CM and rebuilt their improved emails within Klaviyo.
The client didn't have a lot of confirmed assets so I was able to utilize resources from their site and reviews section.
I completed the job of moving all email efforts over from CM Commerce to Klaviyo. I was able to introduce the client to new features that weren't previously available to them within CM.
First, I reviewed their existing strategy within CM and made notes on things I would improve upon.
I then outlined the new flow strategy including an overview and purpose of each flow as well as recommendations for discounts and what to include.
