The Challenge

My client CQURE Academy was a successful online education platform for cybersecurity professionals. When I took over the project it was its 3rd year existence.

The challenge I had was the speed of the growth for the new season with the existing courses (products).

The Process

1- When I arrived, I have analysed the previous years data first.

2- Afterward, I worked on some estimations for the current year.

3- I had meetings with my team and other team members within the agency for brainstorming.

4- Combining these activities, I prepared a final recommendation document to overcome the challenge.

5- As a result, we proposed new type of courses with the optimal work from the client as well as updating the existing content for the similar persona.

The Solution

  • 40% increase in revenue.
  • 125% traffic increase to the website.
  • 92.57% audience growth in social media
  • 57.34% increase in newsletter list.
  • Posts' reach was more than 6,5 million on social media.
