The new website should serve various audiences: investors, journalists and other Pharma companies. It should deliver the information in a clear, accessible way, and help users easily understand what the company does.
The focal points of the website are the Pipeline and Technology pages, which are information-heavy and contain complicated charts. We laid it out in an easy and convenient way to reduce the visual load, and used custom solutions for mobile devices.

Viole Purple, a brick-and-mortar technology supplementary school, was about to launch its first online course. Founders had little knowledge of online marketing and needed a strategy to plan the right marketing actions.
My work focused on identifying the buyer persona and value proposition, build a strategy for the launch and plan an effective acquisition strategy.
I started working with BodyFX (home workout programs) as they were heading into a historically slower period for the brand (Q4). They had never run "holiday" sales or messaging, instead opting to reduce spend Oct-(mid)Dec before their big Q1 push. I pitched the client on a pre-holiday strategy (promotion & messaging) for us to start testing in early November, which he approved. The campaigns were a success (within target CPA range) and we were not only able to scale the initial tests, but iterate on the messaging throughout Nov & Dec to scale consistently over the holiday period, resulting in a 129% increase in spend YoY.
