The Challenge

The Physio Loft started has a small, one person clinic with dreams of expanding into a vibrant clinic employing multiple therapists. The clinic is located in Downtown Toronto where there are 2 large chains of clinics dominating the industry. It had been challenging for The Physio Loft, as a small clinic to grow their cliental in the industry.

The Process

We split the budget 70/30 between Google and Facebook. The strategy on Google revolved around bidding on less popular but less competitive keywords.

On Facebook, at the top of the funnel we focused on education to establishing The Physio Loft as experts in their field.

At the bottom of the funnel we focused on retargeting website visitors.
