This client came to me as they were looking to improve their FB/IG advertising after the IOS update as their results came down. the client has been running ads for years and after the IOS update they saw massive hits on the overall revenue and effectiveness of their ad campaigns.
We came in and made adjustments/optimizations to their campaigns and we were able to start improving their ROAS for their overall account and generate 250% more traffic to their site based on basic campaign structure that was more effective then how they had it set-up
We went through and re-structured the campaign structure and started testing new audiences that we felt would get us a better return on our ad spend. We also started playing with different bid testing to generate better results. We were mainly focused on FB/IG, but have started to roll out Google shopping ads as well and adding to the advertising funnel in the middle and bottom funnel to create a better overall advertising machine.

I began by leveraging the client’s existing data and Google’s machine learning algorithm to ensure that we’re targeting users most likely to convert. The goal was to feed the algorithm with the best data possible so we could go after new customers searching for non-branded terms.
After sufficiently utilizing campaign structures to segment the customer journey map in Google Ads, I began a substantial increase in ad spend to scale this account while maintaining an optimal ROAS.
Once we established a great search ads structure, we began to move higher in the funnel utilizing Google display, discovery and video campaigns for new customer acquisition.
