At ConvertKit, I focused on building educational content in the form of emails, short-form social media videos, courses, and webinars. The unique challenges I faced revolved around keeping up with the consistently-changing digital economy in order to know the best content to teach and the purpose behind it.
It led to a lot of weekly research, interviews, and constantly making adjustments where necessary to ensure I was catering to our target audience.
My role heavily revolved around webinar production and video creation where I worked alongside many of our affiliates and partners. This included tasks such as cultivating those relationships, writing and running email promotional campaigns, creating promotional material, teaching live material, creating social media ad copy, and showing up authentically via video to engage with our target audience.

• created a targeted fan group and grew it to 1k members in one month, now at 3k members; the results have been overwhelming: group members share great content (ie. wearing the brand's products), this "feeding us content" which in return is bringing continuous growth; we also started to monetize the group and gain direct Shopify sales from group members
• Created an automated way to receive customer tags, photos and videos. Now, about 50% of our content is generated by other users which means we get extra reach and impressions without added effort.
