We set up their email marketing foundations from the strategy, technical set-up, foundational flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandon, Post Purchase and Win Back flows, copywriting, and technical work. We created a system that that was automated to generate revenue from their email list.

I worked with Econologics to help them acquire leads for their financial advisory firm to medical practice owners. They had a solid source of organic leads but their marketing team was lost in terms of how to leverage paid media to get new clients. After our initial consult, I formulated a two channel approach on Google and Linkedin to drive their segmented audiences to unique landing pages for webinar signups. After iterating multiple approaches over the course of several months, we were able to create a consistent stream of qualified registrations at a CPA that the team was excited about.
PetO were a traditional retail brand, the third largest chain of pet supplies in Australia. They decided to launch their eCommerce store in 2019, but did not see it as a key pillar of their brand until the pandemic, which customers online, as they were unable to visit the brick-and-mortar stores.
The ROAS was great at that time, during the lockdowns, however as customers returned to stores the ROAS began to quickly decline and the customer was concerned about the profitability of the site and their marketing activity. The ROAS had dropped a peak of~800% during lockdown to only ~250% a few months later.

Summergrove Halls are a hotel and restaurant based in Cumbria. They had used various other channels in the past to try and drive growth of both room and restaurant bookings but found all were unsuccessful.
