Initially there was no tracking setup to monitor actual conversions, so we had to begin without proper benchmarks and sought a really high goal which we did achieve in the first month.

Bat Control Specialists is a pest control company located in Ontario, Canada. As we all know, Canada can have some of the most frigid winters on the planet. Due to these cold winters, bats only come around for part of the year in the summer time. This means Bat Control Specialists has a small window of opportunity every year to snatch up as many clients as possible before the season ends or one of their competitors get to the clients.

The goal of this project was to generate as many new Telco customers across several lines of business.

As the marketing manager supporting the work of the main account manager, I was tasked with improving their website UX/UI, and content, I was in charge of their social media and helped create more content for their blog. The main challenge was to increase social media engagement and create a better understanding what Gaviti has to offer.
