The Challenge

SolaWave had established product-market-fit and was looking to improve its Conversion Rates (CVR) to further accelerate its customer acquisition efforts.


SolaWave was heavily invested in affiliate marketing, but wanted to develop more partnerships with less traditional affiliates (e.g. email, paid media, and influencers) to further scale their revenue from this channel.

The Process
