They are still working through their messaging and their clarity on their offer was missing at the point they started PPC. They knew they needed a presence as their buyer churn was slowly creeping and their acquisitions had leveled off.
Working directly with the marketing manager, we rolled out a testing regime to get a better understanding of their target market using fast paced AB testing, then optimizing the best performing messages, assets and campaigns, pausing all else. Once optimized, we repeated the process for the first 3 months, adding in promotions and special offers (upsells, down-sells) to boost holiday (special date) sales.
