The Challenge

Flowers Across are one of Australia's leading flower delivery companies. The Flowers Across Melbourne brand saw a huge increase in demand in the wake of COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions.


We were engaged to help Flowers Across Melbourne manage their Digital Advertising channels across Google, Facebook & Bing.


The study we've produced for this case study is based on January 2022 looking back on January 2021 as we had been managing campaigns for 12 months by this stage.

The Process

Google Ads was consuming about 85% of their advertising spend so our focus was ways to look at increasing ROAS, optimising costs and increasing overall profitability.


Over the course of the 12 months we rebuilt a significant chunk of the campaign structure. The brand was spending anywhere from $25,000 to $35,000 per month across Search & Shopping.


We launched a range of new campaigns, expanded reach internationally and optimised campaign structure in line with the ever-changing best practices of Google Ads.
